Welcome to our Cooking Class! Before participating, please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions that govern participation in the cooking class:

Booking and Payment:

Advance booking is required to participate in the Cooking Class. Payment must be made at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept payments through the methods specified at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Refund:

Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours before the start of the class to receive a full refund. In case of cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the class, no refund will be provided. In the event of cancellation by us due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund.

Safety Requirements and Instructions:

It is the responsibility of participants to carefully follow the instructions provided by our chefs and adhere to kitchen safety regulations. Appropriate kitchen attire and footwear, such as scarves, tied hair, and closed shoes, are necessary. We do not assume responsibility for damages or accidents resulting from non-compliance with instructions or failure to meet safety requirements.

Intellectual Property:

All materials, recipes, and information provided during the Cooking Class are the intellectual property of our company and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written consent.

Limitation of Liability:

We do not assume any responsibility for personal injuries, losses, or property damages during participation in the Cooking Class. Each participant is responsible for their personal belongings and valuable items.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on our website or other forms of communication. By agreeing to participate in our Cooking Class, you declare that you have read, understood, and accepted the above Terms and Conditions.
